Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10/07 years of post qualification project
management experience respectively & preferably minimum 03 years Gulf Experience. LEED-AP
accreditation with prior experience in working for Green building projects will be an advantage.



2. JOB003- Senior Quantity Surveyor
Graduate in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from an accredited University with minimum 15
years pre & post contract experience in projects & preferably minimum 03 years Gulf experience.
Professional Registration to MRICS or equivalent Professional Institution will be an advantage.



3. JOB004- Planning Engineer
Graduate in an engineering discipline with certification in planning and scheduling of projects
using latest Primavera applications with minimum 10 years of experience in planning, scheduling
and cost engineering & preferably minimum 03 years Gulf experience. Additional experience in
Quantity Surveying also preferred.



4. JOB005- Site Civil Engineer

Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution/ University with minimum 10 years of
post qualification experience & preferably minimum 03 years Gulf experience.



5. JOB005- Senior Civil/ Structural Engineer
Graduate in Civil/ Structural Engineering from a recognized institution/ University with minimum
15 years of post qualification Design & Project Management experience & preferably minimum
05 years Gulf experience.



6. JOB006- Electrical Engineer/ Electrical Inspector

Graduate in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution/ University with minimum 10/07
years of post qualification experience & preferably minimum 03 years Gulf experience. LEED-AP
