Secondary Markets Manager to join their team in
Qatar.


Job Description:-

The ideal candidate, who reports to the Head of
Syndications of International Banking has to ensure
compliance with all the laid down policies and
procedures of the bank, relevant to his role.


Responsibilities:

• Sourcing primary syndication transactions.
• Preparation of Information Memorandum/ Credit
Applications.
• Prospect buyers for secondary sale offers from
the bank’s list of syndicated loans.
• Prepare Credit Applications and all credit
related correspondence with borrowers for
management approval.
• Down Sell the bank’s share of participations in
the secondary market i.e. manage an active
secondary sales desk.
• Coordinate with prospective borrowers for venue
arrangements for the conduct of road shows and
bankers’ meetings.


Requirements:

• University degree in Banking / Business / Finance
or equivalent.
• At least 8 -12 years’ experience in Banking, of
which 3-5 years must be in sourcing/distribution of
syndicated loans in a reputed financial institution
in the GCC.

Job Description:-

correspondence. This role is predominantly

duties.
